No. The Spherit system is an evaluative technology designed to interact with our business and personal environments that employs contextual reasoning as its core.
It is NOT a personality profile. It is NOT related to surveys or assessments, which are reductionist by design. The Spherit System is a Unified Reflectment Instrument, which is constructivist by design.
The system captures current baseline perceptions of a person or group, within a contextualized data container, and then models the results immediately on a visual display.
It supports internal and external systems of meaning-making by presenting both the pertinent details and the bigger picture on a single visual map, creating a narrative for the active learner.
First, book your appointment and buy a session on this website. We'll send you a link to experience The Sphere, which takes about 15 minutes or so to complete. You can do this on your computer or smartphone. This is the contextual conversation map that Phil will use to discuss your personal results during your scheduled Zoom meeting together.
